Saturday, March 14th, 2009The innovative ePaper technology is already being tested on the streets of Tokyo as the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan would soon be posting ePaper signage around Industry Plaza and Toshima. This wireless network in the area would update the ePaper display through relevant information to prevent disaster. This public ePaper display includes 2 signs where one measures more than 3 meters with 240 by 768 resolution while the other measures 60 by 40cm and has 144 by 96 resolution. After completing the test of this display the resulting information would give an idea on how efficiently they can be used in public markets.
